The QUAIL HOLLOW HERBAL SOCIETY was founded in 1984 and is a participating organization at QUAIL HOLLOW STATE PARK. Its purpose is to promote knowledge and interest in the cultivation and use of herbs and to maintain the Herb Garden on the grounds of the park and to educate and promote interest in the cultivation and use of herbs. Garden tours and special programs are available to groups on request. SPECIAL ACTIVITIES AND ONGOING PROJECTS

• June - Plant Exchange
• July - Herb Show and Afternoon Tea Party
• November - Garden Theme Auction
• December - The Society uses its harvest to decorate a room for the Quail Hollow State Park's annual CHRISTMAS AT THE HOLLOW event.
